摘    要:目的 探讨实时超声定位在神经外科手术中及术后的应用。方法 在神经外科手术中及术后使用GE LOGIQ 200型B型超声扫描仪对颅内病变进行术中定位及确定切除程度。结果 应用实时超声对41例颅内病变进行了术中定位,其与术中所见及术前CT、MRI检查符合率为100%;术后作床边超声检查279人次。发现术后出血2例。中线结构移位5例,硬膜下积液4例,均经CT或MRI进一步证实。结论 超声可提供术中准确定位,提高手术的安全性和手术效果;术后复查,对治疗也有指导意义。

Abstract:Objective To explore the perioperatively application of real-time ultrasonography to location of the intracranial lesions. Method The intracranial lesions were intraoperatively located and the degree of moving them was postoperatively determined by GE LOGIQ 200 B-ultrasonic scanner. Result The locations of intracranial lesions in 41 patients determined by intraoperatively ul-trasonography completely accorded with those showed by the preoperative CT and MRI examinations and seen during the operation. The intracranial hemorrhage in 2 patients, shift of the central structures in 5 and subdural fluid in 4 after the operation were found by untrasonic examination and were confirmed by CT or MRI examinations. Conclusions The safety and curative effects of the neuro-surgery can be increased by the intraoperative ultrasonography. The informations provided by postoperative ultrasonography also are helpful to the postoperative treatment in the neurosurgical patients.
