动力髋螺钉治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效评价

目的 :分析应用动力髋螺钉 (DynamicHipScrewDHS)内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法 :对我院从1997年 4月～ 1999年 8月用DHS内固定治疗 2 9例股骨粗隆间骨折的分类、手术方法、术后处理及疗效进行评价 ,平均随访 1年 3个月。结果 :所有病例术后完全随访 ,骨折愈合 ,无髋内翻、下肢外旋及短缩畸形 ,患髋关节功能优良率达89.6% ,疗效肯定。结论 :DHS内固定是治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的理想方法。

Assesent of the Curative Effects of DHS (Dynamic Hip Screw) in Treating Intertrochanteric Fractures

Objective: To analyse the curative effects of DHS internal fixation in treating intertrochanteric fractures.Method:To assess the classification,operative methods,post operative treatment and curative effects of 29 cases of intertrochanteric fractures treated with DHS internal fixation in our hospital from April,1997 to August,1999.The average follow up period was one year and three months.Results:the curative effects are definite since all cases being followed up,all fractures get healed and no coxa vara no external rotation or shortening deformity of the lower limbs were found,the excellent rate of joint function was 89.6%.Conclusion:Treatment of intertrochanteric fractures with DHS internal fixation is an ideal method.
