摘    要:利用FTA,建立了提升机钢丝绳滑动故障树模型,并对其进行了定性和定量分析,求出了最小割集和重要度。分析了故障的基本原因,并给出相应的建议和处理措施,对提升机滑动故障诊断和维修有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:The fault tree model of hoister steel wire rope sliding is established in advantage of Fault Tree Analysis(FTA).Qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis are made;in addition,minimum cut sets and importance are calculated.By analysis of basic reasons of fault,corresponding suggestions and measures are given,which have some guiding significance to hoister sliding fault diagnosis and repair.
