| 摘 要： | 利用可编程控制器(PLC)对带式输送机进行现场监控,保障带式输送机在井下的安全运行,对带式输送机的开启、制动分进行实时的设备监控,实现带式输送机的自动控制,PLC的带式输送机系统可以实时监控输送机的跑偏、打滑、履带撕裂、部件锈蚀、履带脱胶和断裂的设备故障,带式输送机的稳定工作和设备的安全监控,有利于煤矿的科学调度与安全生产。本系统设计实现了煤矿带式输送机的自动控制和带式输送机系统的设备监控。

| Abstract: | Using programmable controller(PLC) of belt conveyor for site monitoring,security belt conveyor in underground safety running,the open of belt conveyor,braking points for real-time monitoring of equipment,realize conveyor belt to be automatic control,PLC belt conveyor system can real-time monitoring of conveyor running deviation,sliding,tracked to tear,and part rust,tracked degum,fracture equipment failure,the stability of belt conveyor work and equipment safety monitoring,be helpful for coal mine safety in production scheduling and science.This system is designed coal mine belt conveyor of automatic control and belt conveyor system monitoring equipment. |
