D3低形态学评分胚胎的继续培养及其意义

摘    要:目的:研究和评估低形态学评分胚胎的囊胚形成率及其价值。方法:将IVF/ICSI患者剩余的D3低形态学评分的胚胎转移至G2液中培养到D6,根据卵裂球生长速度和碎片比例分组,观察各组囊胚形成率和优质囊胚率。结果:低形态学评分胚胎中F1组的囊胚形成率和优质囊胚率均高于F3和F4组,F2组的囊胚形成率高于F4组;C1和C2组囊胚形成率和优质囊胚率均明显高于C3组,C1组的优质囊胚率高于C2组;D1组的囊胚形成率明显高于D2组。结论:低形态学评分的胚胎具有一定的发育潜能和利用价值,其继续发育能力与卵裂球数、碎片比例及发育速度有关。

Abstract:Objective:To research and evaluate the blastulation rate of embryos with low morphological score and the value.Methods:The residual D3 embryos with low morphological score of patients undergoing in vitro fertilization(IVF) or intracytoplasmic sperm injection(ICSI) were transferred into G2 medium and cultured to D6,then the embryos were divided into different groups according to speed of blastomere growth and the proportion of fragments;the blastulation rates and high quality blastocyst rates in different groups were observed.Results:Among the embryos with low morphological score,the blastulation rate and high quality blastocyst rate in F1 group were higher than those in F3 group and F4 group,the blastulation rate in F2 group was higher than that in F4 group.The blastulation rates and high quality blastocyst rates in C1 group and C2 group were higher than those in C3 group,the high quality blastocyst rate in C1 group was higher than that in C2 group;the blastulation rate in D1 group was higher than that in D2 group.Conclusion:The embryos with low morphological score have certain developmental potential and value in use,their further developmental abilities are correlated with the number of blastomere,the proportion of fragments,and speed of development.
