| 摘 要： | 目前癌痛的治疗已经成为晚期恶性肿瘤患者姑息治疗中的重要内容之一。本文就国内外癌痛治疗的一些基本原则及新观念进行综述,同时对难治性癌痛的治疗、癌痛控制中的一些特殊问题以及癌痛指南的特点进行分析,以期临床医师对癌痛药物治疗的新观念有进一步了解。

| Abstract: | The treatment of cancer pain has already become a most important way in palliative therapy.In this review, the new theories of cancer pain treatment were described.In order to further understand the new ideas in cancer pain therapy,the particular problems and the characteristic of cancer pain guidelines were also discussed in this article. |
