杂多酸催化合成三醋酸甘油酯

摘    要:研究了以杂多酸催化合成三醋酸甘油酯的反应,探讨了催化剂的种类、催化剂用量、原料配比、反应时间、带水剂、催化剂的重复使用次数等对酯化率的影响.实验表明,杂多酸为催化剂,具有反应条件温和、催化剂用量少、催化剂活性高等优点,而且不腐蚀设备、反应后易处理、污染小.在适宜工艺条件下,以H4SiW12O40为催化剂,酯化率高达97.2%.催化剂的重复使用表明杂多酸是合成三醋酸甘油酯的优良催化剂.

Abstract:The esterification of acetic acid and glycerol by using heteropoly acid as catalyst was studied.Effects of catalyst preparation,raw material ratio,reaction temperature and time,the type and amount of catalyst used on the ester yield was investigated.Heterpoly acid as catalysts,the condition of the reaction modeate,the amount of catalysts little,the catalytic effect better,but also don't destroy the apparatus,pollution of the final resolve small.At optimal reactions conditions,ester yield reach 97.2%.Resablue experiments show that heteropoly acid is(promising) catalyst triacetate synthesis.
