经尿道前列腺电切术围手术期的护理探讨

目的 总结老年良性前列腺增生患者经尿道前列腺电切术的护理方法与效果.方法 对63例年龄58～87岁的老年前列腺增生症经尿道前列腺电切术患者进行护理,及时做好术前心理护理和术前准备,术后密切观察病情变化,对并发症进行预防及护理.结果 本组63例经尿道前列腺电切术的老年前列腺增生症患者全部治愈出院,无护理并发症.结论 只有通过充分的术前准备,术后认真做好各项护理,才能减少并发症的发生,提高治疗效果.

Perioperative nursing of the patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia by transurethral resection

Objective To summarize the effect of perioperative nursing for the elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia by transurethral resection. Methods 63 patients of age 58 - 87 - year - old with benign prostatic hyperplasia by transurethral resection received in a timely pre - operative care and preoperative psychological preparation. Results All pa- tients of transurethral resection of prostate surgery in elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia discharged without complications. Conclusion Adequate preoperative preparation and postoperative care can reduce complications and improve treatment effect.
