蒂洛安用于晚期妊娠引产的临床观察

对９５例晚期妊娠孕妇应用蒂洛安（注射用硫酸普拉酮钠）促宫颈成熟后行催产素静脉滴注引产（观察组），同期与６４例行催产素静滴引产（对照组）进行比较，结果表明：观察组引产成功率、自然分娩率明显高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。对照组产后出血较观察组偏高（Ｐ＜０．０５），两组新生儿Ａｐｇａｒ１分钟评分、阴道分娩平均总产程时间等比较无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．５），提示蒂洛安在促宫颈成熟、提高引产成功率、降低手术产率等方面有确切疗效。

Clinical Observations of Delivery with prasterone in Late Pregnancy

The promotion of cervical maturity with prasterone(injection of prasterone sodium sulfate,DHAS)and the induction of labor with oxytocin(iv drip)for 95 cases of late pregnancy(observed group)were conducted, and compared them with 64 cases of induced labor(oxytocin iv drip) (control group) ,the results showed that the success rate of induced labor and the rate of normal labor were markedly higher than that of control group(P<0. 01).The incidence of partum hemorrhage in control group was higher than that in observed group(p<0.05).there were no significant differences(P>0.05)in newborn Apgar, minute grading, time of mean total birth process of vaginal delivery,suggesting that prasterone sure had curative effects in promoting cervical maturity, raising the success rate of induced labor,and lowering the rate of operative delivery.
