摘    要:研究了采用硫酸焙烧—水浸出工艺从锌浸出渣中回收锌。考察了硫酸用量、焙烧时间、焙烧温度、液固体积质量比及浸出时间对锌浸出率的影响。试验结果表明:锌浸出渣与70%浓硫酸混合,在250℃下焙烧2.5h,然后以水为浸出剂,按液固体积质量比4∶1、常温下浸出1h,锌浸出率达85%以上。

Abstract:Recovery of zine from zinc leach residues by the process of sulfating roasting-water leaching was investigated.The effects of roasting and leaching parameters,such as amount of sulphuric acid,roasting time,roasting temperature,rate of liquid to solid and leaching time on leaching of zinc were examined.The results showed that Zn of about 85% was recoveried using 70%H2SO4 mixed with the leaching residues and roasted for 2.5 h at 250 ℃,then leached using water at the rate of liquid to solid of 4∶1 for 1 h.
