慢性肾功能衰竭血液透析患者中医证候特点及透析效果分析

本文对１７９例慢性肾功能衰竭血液透析病人，将之分成充分和不充分透析，分析其中医证候特点与透析效果。充分透析患者中医证象以面黄乏力、少尿、腰膝酸软、皮肤干燥多见。舌象以舌淡红、苔薄白为多见。中医证型以正。虚为主、兼邪实者偏少，正虚以脾肾气阳虚为多．盯脾肾气阴虚略少，邪实以水湿为主，血痰为次，不充分透析患者，中医证象面黄乏力亦多见，而纳呆、腹胀呕吐、身重、头晕较为突出，舌质淡胖、苔黄腻。中医证型单纯正虚少见，虚实兼杂占多数，正虚以脾肾气阳虚为主，肝脾肾气阴虚较少，邪实以水湿为多．血瘀者次之。

The Relationship Between TCM Syndrome and Dialysis Effect in Chronic Renal Failure Treated by Hemodialysis

One hundred-seventy-nine patients with chronic renal failure treated byhemodialysis were studied, and the dialytic effects, satisfactory and ineffective,were analyzed, Those with satisfactory effeet mostly manifested as yellowishcomplexion, weak, oliguria,lassitude of the loins and legs, dry skin, whitepalc tongue with thin white fur. Most of them were differentiated as defici-ency of healthy qi, plredominantly deficiency of spleen and kidney qi andyang,and less deficiency of liver, spieen and kidney qi and yin, Combinationwith excess syndrome was not often, which manifested aS retention of waterand blood stesis.Those with ineffective dialytic effect mostly manifested asyellowish complexion, anorexia,abdominal distention,vomiting, nausea,heaviness sensa tion in the limbs,vertigo, pale and corpulent tongue withdi rty and greasy fur. Most fo them were differentlated aS combinati on ofdefi ciency and excess syndromes, predominantly deficlency of spleen andkidney qi and yang and retention of water.
