钢铁厂综合废水处理回用工程设计

摘    要:采用微涡流反应沉淀池与V型滤池组合工艺处理某钢铁厂综合废水。运行表明,微涡流反应沉淀池处理效果良好,能有效延长滤池的工作周期,最终出水水质可同时满足厂区回用水标准和上海市《污水综合排放标准》(DB31/199--1997)的一级标准。

Abstract:The combined process of micro-vortex flocculation reaction(MVFR)and V-shaped filter was used to treat the integrative wastewater from a steel and iron plant.The operation results show that MVFR has good treatment efficiency and can prolong the operation period of the filter.The effluent quality can meet both the plant wastewater reuse requirement and the first class criteria specified in Shanghai Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(DB 31/199-1997).
