摘    要:废液干燥是一种有效提高有机废液热值、改善有机废液焚烧特性的方法.提出了一种集废液雾化干燥和焚烧为一体的新型废液焚烧炉设计思想,着重研究废液雾化干燥的影响因素,并综合各种影响因素,通过理论计算确定助燃燃烧器的布置位置和干燥区的长度,达到最佳废液焚烧效果.

Abstract:Liquid waste drying is an effective way to enhance heat value of organic liquid waste and to improve its combustion characteristics. A new waste incinerator design concept by combining waste liquid atomization drying with the incineration technology is presented. It focuses on the factors affecting waste atomization drying. Based on the analysis of various factors and the theoretical calculations, the burner arrangement and the length of the drying zone are determined, thus the optimal liquid waste incineration effect is obtained.
