完整的保温设计优化模型探讨

摘    要:从有效能的概念出发推导出了①单层圆筒对象的保温厚度及管道公称直径优化计算式;②单层衬里管道的管径及衬里厚度优化计算式。该模型将同时得到经济流速、设备及管道最佳直径和经济保温厚度,可作为管道工艺设计的基础;对炼油厂重要管道进行了实例分析计算,结果表明,和现行经济保温厚度计算式相比保温材料可节约25%左右。

Abstract:From the conception of available energy, optimum calculation formulas have been derived. (1) Formula for calculating insulation layer thickness and normal diameter of single-layer pipe; (2) Formula for calculating pipe diameter and lining thickness of pipelines with single lining. Meanwhile, the economic flow rate, optimum diameter and economic insulating layer thickness of the equipment and pipeline have been obtained with the model, which provide a basis for pipeline design. Examples of key pipeline in refinery have been calculated and analyzed as well. The result shows that compared to the existing economic insulation layer thickness, calculation formulas of insulating material has been saved by about 25% .
