| 摘 要： | 介绍了Dallas半导体公司的数字化温度传感器DS18B20的特性以及使用方法，并与DS1B20进行特性对比。利用DS18B20作为温度传感器，AT89C52单片机作为主控制机，组成自动温度测控系统，给出了整个系统硬件组成和软件设计方案，对温度控制算法进行优化，并对系统运行结果进行实验分析。系统应用在化学荧光免疫定量检测仪中，实际运行结果表明：该系统稳定性好，精确度高，达到了预期的性能指标要求。

| Abstract: | DS18B20 is the digital temperature sensor product of Dallas cooperation of USA.The characteristic and the usage of DS18B20 were introduced.Compared DS18B20's characteristic with DS1820's.Used DS18B20 as the sensor,and AT89C52 as the controller to build the auto temperature inspect and control system.The hardware and the software of system were given,and the temperature algorithm was optimized.The system is working well in the chemiluminescent fluorescence immunoassay detector with high stability and precision,and can reach the performance that expected. |
