| 摘 要： | 国内外对健康的概念的探讨影响着人们对健康的认识。健康的定义的演变越来越体现人们对“健康是美好生活的基础，是适应社会的能力的多维的概念”的认可。以人群为基础的全方位完善是获取健康持续改善的方向。健康概念的发展启示医药卫生体制改革应进一步促进服务提供者和服务接受者及潜在的接受者的认可、参与和合作，通过促进每个人的参与，达到卫生服务体系改革的目标。
