| 摘 要： | 铝青铜是一种重要的电弧喷涂涂层材料.为了使其得到更大范围的应用,对电弧喷涂铝青铜涂层的某些力学性能(涂层与钢基体的抗拉结合强度、涂层与钢基体的剪切强度、涂层自身结合强度、涂层的硬度、涂层的摩擦磨损性能)进行了测试与研究.结果表明,该涂层具有很好的综合力学性能,可以胜任多种机械零部件的使用要求.铝青铜涂层特有的微观组织结构使其具有优良的抗摩擦磨损性能,适合用作钢铁机件的对偶摩擦材料.

| Abstract: | Aluminum bronze is used as a kind of coating material in some industrial fields. In order to apply it more widely some mechanical properties of the coating and physical properties of it, including both tensile and shear adhesion strength, the coating cohesion strength, hardness, wear resistance and thermal expansion are investigated. The results reveal that the properties of the coating are satisfactory and it is suitable for the machine parts working under some operating conditions. In addition, the coating has a good wear resistance under lubricating conditions, so that it can be used as a bearing material matching iron or steel. |
