磁性固相萃取技术在邻苯二甲酸酯检测中的应用进展

摘    要:随着塑料制品的广泛使用,改善其性能的增塑剂,如邻苯二甲酸酯引起的安全问题也日益受到关注。在增塑剂残留检测中,灵敏、简单、快速的前处理技术是至关重要的一步,本文简单介绍了磁性固相萃取技术的基本原理和磁性固相萃取吸附剂的制备修饰,详细综述了功能化修饰磁性固相萃取吸附剂在邻苯二甲酸酯分析的国内外研究成果。其中包括基于有机材料、无机材料、其它材料功能化修饰磁性固相萃取吸附剂。旨在阐明各种功能化修饰磁性固相萃取吸附剂在邻苯二甲酸酯检测中具体应用方法,比较分析了各种功能化修饰方法的优缺点。最后展望了磁性固相萃取技术在邻苯二甲酸酯测定的发展趋势。

Abstract:With the widespread usage of plastics, more and more attention is paid to plasticizers used to improve its properties, such as Phthalate Esters. In the determination of Phthalate Esters, sensitive, simple and fast pre-treatment has become a crucial step. In this paper, the basic concepts of magnetic solid phase extraction and Modification of magnetic solid phase extraction absorbents are briefly introduced, and the research achievements of magnetic solid phase extraction absorbents for the determination of phthalate esters are reviewed in detail. They include magnetic absorbents modified form organic materials, inorganic materials and other materials. The purpose of this paper is to clarify the application method of magnetic solid phase extraction absorbents in the analysis of phthalate esters, and to analyze as well as compare the advantages and disadvantages of different modofication. Finally, the application prospect of magnetic solid phase extraction technology in the determination of phthalate esters is prospected.
