肺瘀颗粒对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能及血液流变学的影响

目的:研究肺瘀颗粒对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者肺功能及血液流变学的影响。方法:选取COPD患者140例,采用安全性与有效性随机对照临床研究。进入意向性分析(ITT)140例,进入符合方案数据分析(PP)132例。进入PP的病例试验组72例,对照组60例。两组常规抗感染治疗,配合氧疗,硫酸特布他林气雾剂喷吸。试验组加用肺瘀颗粒。结果:在改善FEV1%方面,试验组优于对照组(P0.05)。在改善全血黏度高、低切及纤维蛋白原方面,试验组组内比较治疗后优于治疗前(P0.05)。治疗后组间比较试验组优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:肺瘀颗粒能明显改善COPD患者的临床症状、肺功能及血流动力学指标。

Effect of Feiyu Granules on Pulmonary Function and Hemodynamic Indexes of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Patients

Objective：To study effect of Feiyu granules on pulmonary function and hemodynamic indexes of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients. Methods：Choosing 140 cases of COPD patients,uSing safety and effectiveness randomized controlled clinical studies. 140 cases were intentional analysis（ITT） and 132 cases were project data analysis（PP）. Which group into PP 72 cases,control group into PP 60 cases. Both groups are treated with routine anti-infection,oxygen cure,and terbutaline sulfate aerosol spray absorption. Test group is treated with Feiyu granules. Results：in terms of improved FEVl%,test group is better than that of control group（P〈0.05）. High in improving the whole blood viscosity, low shear and fibrinogen,test way in comparison,after treatment is it better than that of before treatment（P〈0.05）. Comparison between treatment group,test group is better than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Feiyu granules can obviously improve the clinical symptoms,lung function and hemodynamic index in patients with COPD.
