桐乡市居民高血压流行情况及影响因素研究

l目的：了解桐乡市居民高血压流行情况及其影响因素，为制订防治策略提供参考。方法：采用多阶段分层随机抽样的方法，抽取桐乡市18岁及以上的常住居民开展慢性病流行现状调查，分析高血压患病流行情况及相关影响因素。结果：高血压患病率为41．50％，标化率为34．04％；男女性患病率差异无统计学意义；增龄、高血压家族史、高体质指数、高HDL为高血压危险因子；控制增龄因素后，体质指数、血糖与收缩压有一定的线性相关，体质指数、血糖、糖化血红蛋白与舒张压有一定的线性相关。结论：应加强对桐乡市居民的血压、血糖和体重监测，开展患者及高危人群健康教育与干预。

Hypertension prevalence and influence factors among residents in Tongxiang

Objective To understand prevalence of hypertension and its influence factors among residents in Tongxtang, and to provide evidence for the prevention strategies. Methods A multi-stage stratified sampling method was carried out, residents in Tongxiang City aged 18 and above were selected and investigated for chronic disease epidemic situation. Prevalence situation of hypertension and related influence factors were analyzed. Results The prevalence rate of hypertension was 41.50 %, and the standardized rate was 34.04 %. Male and female prevalence difference wasn＇t statisti- cally significant. Age,hypertension family history,body mass index and high HDL level were risk factors of hyperten- sion. Body mass index and blood glucose had linear correlation with systolic pressure after adjusted by age. Body mass index,blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin had linear correlation with diastolic pressure after adjusted by age. Conclusions Blood pressure, blood glucose and weight monitoring should be strengthened among residents. Health education and intervention should be carried out in hypertension patients and high risk population.
