摘    要:介绍了李楼铁矿开采过程中矿石损失和贫化的现状,针对矿体开采过程中拉切割难以控制贫化和损失,主要从改进拉切割方案工艺方面入手,提出以"无损失无贫化"的思路切割拉槽,调整切割巷和切割井布置,合理控制采场损失和贫化。损失率和贫化率较原切割拉槽方案相比有较大幅度降低。现场应用取得了较好的效果,提高了矿山企业的经济效益。

Application of cutting groove plan without loss and dilution in Lilou Iron Mine

Abstract:The mining status of ore loss and dilution in Lilou Iron Mine is introduced. Because it is difficult to control the ore dilution and loss in pull cutting, the idea of cutting groove plan without dilution and loss is put forward. Through improving pull cutting process, the arrangement of cutting lane and cutting well are adjusted and loss rate and dilution rate are in reasonable control. In the field application, the good results was achieved to increase the economic benefits of mining enterprises.
