防气技术在文留油田的应用

摘    要:文留油田油层脱气严重,气体对有杆泵的影响很大。据1992年统计,在开井生产的249口井中,有31.7%的井受气体影响处于低效开采状态,平均系效仅有19.2%,气体影响特别严重的井就有30口。为克服气体对有杆泵的影响,推广应用了玻璃钢抽油杆深抽、负压采油、小直径气锚及防气泵等多项防气措施,提高了抽油泵效,延长了检泵周期,达到了一定的增油效果。本文分析了几种措施的防气原理和应用情况,指出了应用过程中的注意事项,两年共创经济效益3530.6万元。

APPLICATIONS OF GAS PREVENT TECHNOLOGY IN WENLIU OILFIELD
Abstract:Outgas from oil raservoir is rather serious in Wenliu oilfield. It has a great effect on the efficiency of sucker rod pump. According to statistics of production data of 1992, 31.7% of 249 production welis are in a low efficiency production situation due to effect of gas, whose average pump efficiency is only 19.2%. There are 30 very serious wells among them. In order to overcome the effect of gas on sucker rod pump, we apply many gas prevent techniques such as the glass fiber rod, negative pressure production, small diameter gas anchor and gas prevention pump etc.,by which the pump efficiency is increased, the repair cycle of pump is prolonged, and good results are achieved. This paper analyses the principels and applications of those gas prevent techniques,points out the matters needing attention. The economic evaluation results show that benefits of 35 306 thousand yuan are obtained by applying those gas control measures.
