摘    要:介绍胜利炼油厂新建2.60 Mt/a加氢精制装置的开工及运行情况。通过装置不同阶段生产和首次标定对2.60 Mt/a加氢精制装置有了一个全面的了解,表明由北京设计院设计的单段一次通过加氢工艺、热高分技术是成功的,各项主要指标基本达到设计要求。由抚顺石油研究院研发的器外预硫化催化剂FH-UDS在工业上的首次应用表明,该催化剂可以满足2.60 Mt/a加氢精制生产所需。

Abstract:Start-up and operation of the new constructed 2.60 Mt/a hydrofining unit of Shengli refinery was summarized.After a all-around demarcating of the unit at the very beginning and different stages,it's demonstrated that the unit designed by SEI with the one pass through and high pressure separation process at high temperature is successful,and the main technological parameters could be reached according to the design acquirement.The first application of the off reactor pre-sulfurization of the FH-UDS catalyst developed by FRIPP can meet the requirement of the 2.60 Mt/a unit's operation.
