血浆与血清样本果糖胺检测结果的比较分析

摘    要:目的 观察血浆对果糖胺(FMN)检测结果的影响,并探讨血浆能否用于FMN的检测以及能否使用血清样本的参考区间解释血浆样本的检测结果。方法 参照美国临床实验室标准化协会(NCCLS)EP9-A2 文件要求进行血浆与血清FMN检测结果的比对及偏倚评估。结果 血浆样本FMN检测结果显著低于血清样本(P<0.001),其回归方程为Y=0.8757X+0.0844,相关系数r=0.978,血浆样本在1.00 mmol/L、1.50 mmol/L、2.00 mmol/L、2.50 mmol/L和3.00 mmol/L这5个浓度水平处的相对偏倚(SE%)分别为 -3.99、-6.80、-8.21、-9.05和-9.62。结论 实验室可使用肝素钠抗凝血浆代替血清进行FMN检测,但需根据其服务人群建立血浆样本的参考区间。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of plasma on fructosamine(FMN)test results,and to explore whether plasma can be used for the detection of FMN and whether the reference range of serum samples can be used to interpret the results of plasma samples.Methods The comparison of plasma and serum FMN results and bias assessment were performed with reference to the US Clinical Laboratory Standards Association(NCCLS)EP9-A2 document.Results The FMN test results of plasma samples were significantly lower than the serum samples(P<0.001).The regression equation was Y=0.8757X+0.0844,the correlation coefficient was r=0.978,and the plasma samples were 1.00 mmol/L,1.50 mmol/L,2.00 mmol/L.The relative bias(SE%)at the five concentration levels of 2.50 mmol/L and 3.00 mmol/L were -3.99,-6.80, -8.21,-9.05,and -9.62,respectively.Conclusion The laboratory can use the heparin sodium anticoagulant plasma instead of serum for FMN detection,but the reference interval of the plasma sample should be established according to the service population.
