早期康复护理对脑出血吞咽障碍患者康复的应用效果观察

目的 研究早期康复护理对脑出血吞咽障碍患者的应用效果，对患者护理满意度进行分析。方法 选取2015年1月~2017年12月脑出血吞咽障碍患者86例为研究对象，按照国际通用随机字母表法分为实验组和对照组，各43例。对照组实施常规护理，实验组在常规护理的基础上实施早期康复护理。比较两组患者吞咽功能恢复情况及护理满意度。结果 两组干预后吞咽功能均有改善，实验组患者总有效率高于对照组，吞咽功能改善优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组护理满意度为97.67%，高于对照组的88.37%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 脑出血吞咽障碍患者早期康复护理可以有效的改善吞咽功能障碍，提升护理满意度，应用效果较好。

Observation on the Effect of Early Rehabilitation Nursing on Rehabilitation of Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage and Deglutition Disorders

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on patients with cerebral hemorrhage and deglutition disorders, and to analyze the satisfaction of patients.Methods 86 patients with cerebral hemorrhage and deglutition disorders from January 2015 to December 2017 were enrolled in the study.According to the international common random alphabet method,they were divided into experimental group and control group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care,and the experimental group performed early rehabilitation care on the basis of routine care.The swallowing function recovery and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The swallowing function was improved after intervention in both groups. The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.The swallowing function was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.67%,88.37% higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing for patients with deglutition disorders after cerebral hemorrhage can effectively improve the deglutition disorders,enhance the satisfaction of nursing, and the effect is better.
