胫腓骨中下段骨折39例联合内固定治疗体会

目的 探讨胫腓骨中下段骨折用交锁髓内钉和腓骨钢板或斯氏针复合固定治疗的疗效。方法 本组39例胫腓骨中下段骨折，通过切开复位带锁髓内钉和腓骨钢板或斯氏针固定治疗。结果 患者骨折愈合良好，踝关节稳定性良好，下肢功能恢复良好。39例患者均获随访，随访时间12～48周，平均32周，患者均恢复了日常的工作和生活。结论 对于胫腓骨中下段双骨折，应考虑切开复位。交锁髓内钉内固定术及腓骨内固定对小腿持重、维持足关节的结构功能及小腿下1／3应力平衡有重要作用。

Under the function maintaining articular structure fully, at 1/3 strain balance has significance.
