| 摘 要： | 目的：检验Delphi法在构建急性缺血中风临床路径诊疗方案中的可靠性。方法：确定急性缺血中风临床路径诊疗方案关键问题项目，建立咨询问卷，选择的专家涉及中医内科临床、中西医结合临床及基础、西医临床三个领域，地区涉及华北、华南、华中、华西、华东各地区，具有较好领域代表性及地区代表性。采用Delphi法对33名专家进行2轮调查，用积极系数、权威程度和协调系数检验专家咨询的可靠性。结果：专家总体权威系数0．84，第1、2轮专家咨询积极系数为分别为100％，91％。第1、2轮专家咨询W值分别在0．151～0．329及0．187—0．412。结论：专家意见协调性好，对评估的内容及关键问题的权威程度高，对于指标的重性意见比较统一，预测结果可取。
