| Abstract: | The first document released by the Central Government in 2010 focuses on the issue of migrant workers.After a brief introduction to the background that new generation migrant workers crowded into cities,this paper emphasizes the obstacles faced by new generation migrant workers and the comprehensive training to them from skills training to city lifestyles. |
