摘    要:如何减小固体火箭外壳板滚弯直线度误差是目前火箭生产工艺中的难题,在对最不利实际工况下三轴辊弯板机中心辊进给量沿自身轴线分布规律作系统的分析、计算及研究的基础上,推导出一项箭壳板滚弯直线度误差不等式,并针对此项不等式各参数变化规律,提出几项减小箭壳板滚弯直线度误差的行之有效的措施,可供火箭外壳设计及生产工艺人员参考。

Abstract:How to reduce linearity error of roll bending of plates for a solid rocketshell is a difficult problem in recent rocket processing. On the basis of systematic analysis,calculation and research on the distribution regularity of feed amount of the centre roll ofa three-axis roll plate bender along the axis of itself under the worst working condition,an inequality of linearity error of roll bending of plates for a rocket shell is derivated.Some effective measures are offered for reducing linearity error of roll bending of platesfor a rocket shell in view of change ralarity of the inequality parameters, so as to give areference for the rocket shell designers and processors.
