柑橘精油提取工艺的对比研究

摘    要:采用水提法和加盐水蒸气蒸馏法从柑橘果皮中提取精油。通过单因素试验确定了水蒸气蒸馏法最佳提取条件:提取时间2.0 h、料液比1∶16(g/m L),提取率最高达1.969%。加盐水蒸汽蒸馏法在单因素试验的基础上,通过正交试验法对柑橘果皮中精油的提取进行了研究,结果表明:加盐后最佳工艺条件为Na Cl含量0.3 g,提取时间2.5 h,料液比1∶16(g/m L),提取率最高达3.838%。通过如上对比,建议工业上采用加盐水蒸气蒸馏法从柑橘果皮中提取精油。

Comparative Study on the Extraction Process of the Citrus Essential Oil
Abstract:Essential oils was extracted by water distillation and salt-adding steam distillation method respectively. The single factor experiment showed that by water distillation,the optimal extraction conditions of essential oil of citrus peel is that extraction time is of 2.0h, and solid to liquid ratio is 1:16 (g/ml)and with the most extraction yield 1.969%.Based on the above experiment, the extraction process were optimized by orthogonal experiments by salt-adding steam distillation method.Experimental results showed that the optimal extraction conditions of citrus essential oil is that the content of NaCl is 0.3g, extraction time is of 2.5h, and solid to liquid ratio is 1:16 (g/ml) and with the most extraction yield3.838%. By contrast to the above, salt-adding steam distillation method is recommended to extract essential oils from citrus peel used in industry.
