摘    要:为了改善低温共烧铁氧体(low temperature co-fired ferrite, LTCF)片式电感的抗饱和能力,在器件内部设置空腔,为小型化的多层片式电感提供类似传统绕线电感中的磁环气隙结构,改善了器件的抗饱和能力。通过断面显微结构、自谐振频率及耐直流叠加特性的测试,研究了空腔对片式电感性能的影响。结果表明,相对于传统的印刷介质浆料法,制作的片式电感显微结构理想,抗饱和能力提升明显。电感设计性能为,尺寸≤6.5 mm×6.5 mm×4mm,电感量L0=100±20μH,叠加直流400 mA后与未叠加直流的电感之比≥60%。

Abstract:In order to improve the anti-saturation capability of low temperature co-fired ferrite (LTCF) chip inductors, a cavity is set inside the device, which provides a magnetic loop air gap structure similar to the traditional winding inductor for the miniaturized multilayer chip inductor, and improves the anti-saturation capability of the device. The influence of the internal air cavity on performance of chip inductors is studied by means of the section microstructure, the test of self-resonance frequency and DC superposition. The results show that compared with the traditional printing medium slurry method, the chip inductor has ideal microstructure and obvious anti-saturation capability. Inductor features a measurement of 6.5 mm×6.5 mm×4 mm, inductance L0=100±20 μH, and residual inductance after DC superposition of above 60 %(DC current 400 mA).
