宫颈癌TIL在体内器官及肿瘤组织中的分布特征

研究了＾１２５Ｉ－ｕｄＲ标记的宫颈癌ＴＩＬ在荷瘤Ｃ５７／ＢＬ６小鼠体内的密度分布特征。结果表明，ＴＩＬ在血，肝，肺和肾脏等器官１次分布，再在肿瘤组织和脾脏２次分布；ＴＩＬ在外周血的分布速率最快，其次是肝，肺，脾，肾和肿瘤组织；ＴＩＬ对肿瘤组织的亲和性虽较脾，肺，肾为低，但仍比肝脏高。

DISTRIBUTION FEATURES OF TIL OF CARCINOMA OF UTERINE CERVIX IN ORGANS AND TUMOURTISSUE OF MICE

The tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL) activated by Interleukin-2(IL-2) are distributed specifically in target organs in some degrees, but their distributionfeatures are unknown .In order to discover these features of TIL in vino, C57BL / 6micewere used to establish solid tumor model of U14cervix carcinoma .U14cervix carcinoma wasdigested by enzymes to separate TIL .TIL were cultured in complete RPMI1640 media containing rIL- 2 for 10 to 14 days, labelled as 125I- UdR, and then infused into tumor-bearing mice. Four tumor-bearing mice were sacrificed at the time point of 2, 4,12, 24, 48, 72 hours after the infusion.The lung, liver, spleen, kidney, tumor tissue,and vein blood'of eyes were extracted to detect radioactivity.The organ distribution, organdensity distribution and kinetics of density distribution of TIL.in tumor bearing mice demonstrated that TIL appeared in the peripheral blood, liver, kindney, and lungsimultaneously during the first phase, then .in the tumor and spleen during the secondphase.The radioactivity in the tumor tissues was much higher than that in normal tissues after 72 hours.The distribution rate in the peripheral blood was the fastest and the order ofdistribution rate was the liver, spleen, kidney, and tumor.After TIL infusion.into therumor sites for 0. 11 hour in the first phase, the tumor tissue could attract more TIL in thesecond phase.The affinity of TIL to the tumor tissue was higher than the liver, but lowerthan the spleen , lung, and kindney.
