摘    要:探讨了注射成型的主要浇口形式及浇口对注射成型的影响,提出了浇口设计的总体原则.运用moldflow软件分别对手机面板和遥控器底板进行注射成型模拟,预测在不同浇口设置下的充填效果.对成型缺陷加以分析比较,结合模具加工与塑件生产实际,确定最优浇口位置与形式.

Abstract:The main styles of gate and their impact on injection molding are investigated. On this basis, the general principles of gate design are put forward. With the use of the software Moldflow, simulations of injection molding are made for a mobile phone faceplate and a telecontrol soleplate respectively to predict the filling effect in different gate settings. Through the analysis of molding defects, the optimum location and style of gate is established with reference to the mould machine and plastic product injection process.
