摘    要:以红厚壳盆栽幼苗为试验材料,研究了NaCl胁迫对幼苗生长和生理特性的影响.结果表明:1.5%和2.5%浓度的NaCl胁迫时,红厚壳幼苗生长更快,叶绿素含量、CAT和SOD活性均增加;之后随着浓度的升高,红厚壳生长减缓,叶绿素含量减少,脯氨酸和丙二醛含量显著增加,CAT、SOD活性显著下降,POD活性变化不明显.红厚壳幼苗可耐3.5%的NaCl胁迫,在2.5%浓度时生长最好.

Abstract:Using Calophyllum inophyllum L.seedings as material,the growth and physiological characteristics of the seedings were studied under NaCl stress.The results were as follows:under 1.5% and 2.5% concentration NaCl stress,Calophyllum inophyllum L.seedings grew more quickly,chlorophyll content,CAT and SOD activity were all increaseing;then along with the content increasing,Calophyllum inophyllum L grew more slowly,chlorophyll content decreased,proline and MDA content increased,CAT,SOD activity increased distinct...
