粉煤灰的改性及应用研究

摘    要:阐述了粉煤灰的表面改性机理,采用增钙、增硅、碱激发、磨细等物理化学方法对粉煤灰进行局部活化及助磨分散等表面改性作用,制备了改性粉煤灰。通过对改性粉煤灰的物理指标、颗粒形貌、粒度分布及其在混凝土中的应用研究,揭示了粉煤灰改性后的活化本质及应用前景。

Abstract:The surface modification mechanism of fly ash is presented. Modified fly ash materials were manufactured by means of local activation and grinding aid and disperse according to technology of physical chemistry such as adding Calcium and Silicon, alkali activity and milling. Activation hypostasis and application foreground of modified fly ash were opened out through the study on its physical index, grain shape, particle size distribution and using in concrete .
