| 摘 要： | 介绍了电阻炉控制系统的组成,进行了电阻加热炉的软硬件设计,论述了系统的防干扰措施,并且提出了实现对炉温精确测量的技术措施。在实际应用中取得较好的效果,大大提高控制质量和自动化水平,具有良好的经济效益和推广价值。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the composition of the control system for resistance heating furnace,designs its hardware and software,discusses the anti-jamming measures of the system and brings forward the technical design of the precise measurement of the furnace temperature.The control system takes good effect and improves greatly the control quality and automation level,which has good economic benefit and is worthy of promotion. |
