往复压缩机故障诊断技术现状与发展趋势

摘    要:故障诊断技术在石化工业往复压缩机中得到了广泛运用,对于保证机器安全稳定运行起到了重要作用。本文首先叙述了往复压缩机故障诊断的意义及研究现状,描述了目前故障诊断过程中所使用的技术,并分析比较了它们的特点;介绍了国内外一些常见的往复压缩机状态监测系统;最后提出了往复压缩机的故障诊断技术的未来发展方向。

Review on Fault Diagnosis Technology for Reciprocating Compressors

Abstract:Fault diagnosis technology for reciprocating compressors is widely used in petrochemical industry,which is important for safe and stable operation. Firstly,the significance of the art-in-state of the fault diagnosis technology was presented and their features were also analyzed. The foreign and domestic fault diagnosis systems were introduced and compared. Finally,the development of the fault diagnosis technology in the future was suggested.
