| 摘 要： | 通过对旋风分离器内流场分析 ,可知传统单进口旋风分离器内气流出现偏心 ,为此 ,将普通旋风分离器的单进口改为轴对称进口 (入口面积相等 ) ,在其它条件不变的情况下 ,分别改变两者的进风量、入口含尘浓度等因素 ,通过分析对比来考察轴对称进口旋风分离器的分离特性和压损特性 .研究结果表明 :轴对称进口旋风分离器的分离性能优于单进口 ,除尘效率高 ,且相同条件下 ,切割粒径比单进口的小

| Abstract: | This thesis analysiese the air flow field in the cyclone,the air in common cyclone with single inlet shows axial non symmetry,with change of single inlet to double inlet.Keeping any other conditions on transformantion,change separately their air folw quantity and dust concentration in inlet,the separation performance and pressure loss performance of the axial symmetry cyclone are studied.The results show that the double inleet cyclone has dominant separation performance,high separation effciency and little excision grain size incomparison with single inlet. |
