矿用高精度电子陶瓷温度传感器的研究

摘    要:为适应井下特殊环境,研制一种线性PTC电子陶瓷材料,并用它作温度敏感元件,制成了精度高、寿命长、无明火、可在井下恶劣环境中正常工作的温度传感器,研究了该传感器的静、动态特性,给出了探头包封时间的响应关系,提出PTC电子陶瓷的阻温特性取决于晶粒半导化、晶界势垒、材料铁电─顺电相变等因素.

Abstract:To accommodate the special underground environment,a linear PTC electronic ceramic material was developed for making temperature sensitive elements.Temperature transducers with high accuracy,long life and no spark were made which can be used in worse environment.The static and dynamic characteristics of transducer were studied.The relation between capsulation time of the probe and response was given.The temperature resistance character of PTC is dependent on such factors as semiconductivity of crystals,grain boundary barrier potential from ferroelectric to paraelectric phase changing of the material.
