微波法合成LiFePO4的研究

摘    要:采用机械球磨结合微波辐射工艺,合成了锂离子电池正极材料LiFePO4。通过XRD、SEM和恒流充放电测试,研究了微波辐射时间对于样品结构、形貌和电化学性能的影响。微波法可以快速合成纯相的LiFePO4正极材料;在微波功率700 W、时间8 min的条件下合成的样品,具有较好的电化学性能。在室温下以20 mA/g进行充放电,首次放电容量为123.8 mAh/g,10次循环后为116.4 mAh/g。

Abstract:Li-ion battery cathode material LiFePO_4 was synthesized by mechanical ball-milling and microwave radiation pro-(cessing.)The effects of radiation time on the structure,morphology and electrochemical properties of the samples were investigated by XRD,SEM and constant current charge-discharge tests.Pure phase LiFePO_4 cathode material could be synthesized quickly by microwave processing,the sample synthesized under microwave power of 700 W for 8 min showed better electrochemical performance.The initial discharge capacity was 123.8 mAh/g at 20 mA/g charge-discharge at room temperature,its discharge capacity kept 116.4 mAh/g after 10 cycles.
