| 摘 要： | 田东原油是属石蜡基原油，根据原油评价，简述了田东原油的特点及溶剂精制、酮苯脱蜡、白土补充精制的润滑油加工和石蜡发汗的工艺路线，并就生产过程出现的各种问题，如何提高产品档次做出探讨。工业生产结果表明：基础油产品质量各项指标能满足中粘度指数（MVI）润滑油；田东原油是一种蜡含量较高的优质石蜡基原油，经发汗后可生产优质的52^#-60^#的半精炼石蜡。

| Abstract: | According to the evaluation of crude oil, the characteristics of Tiandong crude oil which is a paraffin - base crude oil are summarized. And the process route for producing lubricants and paraffin are also presented, including solvent ref＇ming, ketone - benzol dewaxing, clay finishing and paraffin sweating. At the same time, how to solve the problems arising during the production process and improve the products quality are discussed. The results of industrial production show that all kings of targets of base oil can meet the requirements of medium viscosity index （MVI） lubricants; The Tiandong crude oil, which is a premium paraffin - base crude oil with rich wax, can be used to produce the 52^# -60^# semi - refined wax with high quality by sweating. |
