比较了国内外食品微生物标准的设置,分析了食品微生物标准的构成、适用范围、食品分类体系及信息、微生物指标的设定状况、检验项目及限量标准、采样方案,找出了我国食品微生物标准存在的缺陷和不足,为今后微生物检验的标准设计提供了借鉴。
