导弹部队作战单元保障能力评估

为解决导弹部队作战单元保障能力评估指标不确定性的问题，提出一种多元联系数的集对评估方法。对导弹作战单元保障能力影响因素进行分析，建立导弹部队作战单元保障能力指标体系，采用层次分析法和G1 赋权法，确定各指标的权重，提出基于多元联系数集对评估方法步骤，并结合某部队作战单元进行实例分析。研究结果表明：该方法能够动态地反映评估结果的非线性特征，对导弹部队作战单元保障能力评估具有较好的指导作用。

Evaluation of Missile Force Combat Unit Support Capability

In order to solve the problem of the uncertainty of the evaluation index of the missile force combat unitsupport capability, a set pair evaluation method with multiple connection numbers is proposed. This paper analyzes theinfluencing factors of the supporting ability of the missile combat unit, establishes the index system of the supportingability of the missile combat unit, uses the analytic hierarchy process and G1 weighting method to determine the weight ofeach index, puts forward the steps of the evaluation method based on the multiple connection number set, and analyzes anexample of a military combat unit. The research results show that this method can reflect the nonlinear characteristics of theevaluation results dynamically, and has a good guiding role for the evaluation of combat unit support capability of missile forces.
