计量诊断对判别肺内周围型球形病灶的价值

总结分析了近年来国内发表的４３篇文章及我院有关资料共２９３７例肺内周围型球形病灶（包括炎性假瘤、结核瘤、错构瘤及周围型肺癌），根据上述病例，列出条件概率计算表，并采用最大似然法，制定出计量鉴别诊断指数表。本文使用大样本资料，提高了计量诊断的准确性，有助于该方法的推广应用。

Value of Mathematical Diagnosis of Peripheral Pulmonary Coin Lesions

An analysis was made on the 2937 patients with peripheral pulmonary coin lesions (included carcinoma,tuberculoma,harmatoma and pulmonary inflammatory pseudotumor)collected from recent domestic literatures plus those discovered in our hospital.The major symptoms and X-ray findings were summed up into 15 items.According to the propability of statistical method,three tables were elaborated,namely the comprehensive analysis table,frequency to point table and diagnosis indictes table.It is hopeful that this calculating method would increase the diagnostic accuracy in clinical practice.
