| 摘 要： | 目的探讨阿托伐他汀对不稳定型心绞痛(UA)患者C-反应蛋白(CRP)和血脂的影响。方法选择76例UA患者,随机分成两组,治疗组给予常规治疗加阿托伐他汀每晚10mg口服,对照组给予常规治疗,持续8周。然后比较两组患者治疗前、后CRP和血脂水平的变化。结果经用药后治疗组血清CRP水平及血脂水平较对照组降低明显,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀可降低UA患者血清CRP及血脂水平。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of atorvastatin on serum c-reactive protein in patients with unstable angina. Methods Seventy-six patients were randomly divided into two groups: placebo therapy group and atorvastatin group. All patients would be received outline therapy, and atorvastatin group were administered with additional atorvastatin (10 mg/d) for 8 weeks. Then, serum c-reactive protein and blood lipid were measured just before and after therapy. Results Serum c-reactive protein and lipid levels were significantly reduced in atorvastatin group compared with placebo group (P<0.05=. Conclusion Atorvastatin potentiated the decline of serum c-reactive protein and lipid level in patients with unstable angina. |
