独角莲中酪氨酸酶活性抑制成分的提取工艺研究

摘    要:利用独角莲水提物对酪氨酸酶抑制活性的测试,研究独角莲水提物的提取工艺.通过L9(34)正交试验法研究了料液质量比、提取时间、提取温度和提取次数对独角莲水提物抑制酪氨酸酶活性的影响.结果表明:独角莲水提物的最佳提取工艺为料液质量比1∶15,提取时间3 h,提取温度80℃,提取次数1次,在此条件下测定独角莲水提物对酪氨酸酶的抑制率,最高为46.93%.

Abstract:The extraction technology of water extracts from Typhonium giganteum Engl. was studied and the effect on tyrosinase activity was investigated. The influence of material-liquid ratio, extraction time, extraction temperature and extraction times on inhibitory activity against tyrosinase was studied through L9 ( 34 ) orthogonal experiments. The effects on tyrosinase activity was dertermined by Folin-reagent method. The optimum extraction condition was material-liquid ratio 1:15 (weight ratio), extraction time 3 h, extraction tempreture 80 ℃, and extraction for 1 time. At this condition, water extracts from Typhonium giganteum Engl. had the highest inhibitoty effects on tyrosinase, which was 46. 93 %.
