消脂解酒方治疗酒精性脂肪肝58例疗效观察

目的：观察消脂解酒方治疗酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法：将116例酒精性脂肪肝患者随机分为2组各58例。治疗组采用消脂解酒方（处方：枳犋子、葛根花、葛根、柴胡、青皮、蟾衣、荷叶、虎杖、山楂、何首乌、丹参、白芍、决明子、白茅根、茶树根）治疗，对照组采用西医常规护肝、降酶、调节血脂等治疗。疗程均为3月。主要观察临床疗效及不良反应。结果：治疗组临床治愈38例，有效12例，无效8例，总有效率86．2％。对照组临床治愈15例，有效23例，无效20例，总有效率65．5％。2组总有效率比较，差异有非常显著性意义（P〈0．01）。2组治疗期间均未发现明显的不良反应。结论：消脂解酒方治疗酒精性脂肪肝有较好疗效，可明显改善症状和体征。

Treatment of Alcoholic Fatty Liver by Xiaozhi Jiejiu Fang: A Clinical Observation of 58 Cases

Objective: To observe the curative effect of Xi-aozhi Jiejiu Fang (XJF) for alcoholic fatty liver (AFL). 116 cases of AFL were allocated to 2 group randomly (each group 58 cases). The treatment group was treated by XJF (composed of Fructus Au-rantii Immaturus, Flos Puerariae, Radix Puerarie, Radix Bupleuri, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae Viride, Periostracum Cicadae, Folium Nelumbinis, Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati, Fructus Crataegi, Radix Polygoni Multiflori, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Semen Cassiae, Rhizoma Imperatae and Radix Camelliae Sinensis ), and the control group by western medicine for protecting the liver, decreasing the transaminase and regulating the blood - lipid. 3 months constituted the course of treatment. The clinical curative effect and adverse reaction were mainly observed. Results: In treatment group, 38 cases were clinically cured, 12 cases effective and 8 cases ineffective, the total effective rate being 86. 2% , and 15, 23, 20 and 65. 5% in control group respectively ( P < 0. 01). Conclusion: XJF possesses better curative effect for AFL.
