| 摘 要： | 隋代巢元方的《诸病源候论》,为后世阳痿从肾论治奠定了基础,阳痿“肾虚说”成为历代论治阳痿的主流;金明时代医家多从肝论治阳痿；清代陈士铎从心论治阳痿,韩善徵偏重于养阴治疗,后世医家或辨证论治,或专方专药因病施治,或从脏腑着眼,或从病因病机入手.针对现代临床存在的问题,笔者提出通过流行病学调查确定现代人阳痿的病机与常见证候...

| Abstract: | Chao Yuan-fang's The Origin and Indicators of Disease(Zhu Bing Yuan Hou Lun) established a foundation for the treatment for impotence from the kidney.Most doctors in all the past dynasties thought that impotence was mainly caused by the kidney vacuity.Some doctors in the Jin and Ming dynasties treated impotence from the liver.In the Qing dynasty,Chen Shi-duo treated impotence from the heart and Han Shan-zheng treated impotence by nourishing yin.The article considers that impotence should be treated from the kidney vacuity,liver depression and blood stasis with the age,constitution,occupation aad region of the patients according to the common patterns of impotence in the modern times. |
