| Abstract: | The archive information talent, who is the participators and important components of the archive Informatization, is the key for the development of the archive cause. Strengthening the standardization and normalization construction in the archive Informatization is an important problem that must be solved by the archive departments at first in the course of carrying out the large-scale archive informatization. And the rapid development and extensive application of the information techniques in China at present creates the conditions for the development of the archive information resources. |
