摘    要:冷拔无缝钢管内表面的氧化皮始终以块状或粉末状存在,难以满足用户的使用要求。介绍了一套钢管内表面除灰装置。实践证明,该装置既能满足用户的使用需求,又方便操作,结构简单可靠,运行维护方便,成本较低,具有较大的推广应用价值。

Abstract:As a chronic problem with cold-drawn seamless steel pipes, inner surface scale in the form of lump or powder makes such pipes unsatisfactory to relevant customer requirement. Described here in the article is an inner surface descaling system for steel pipe. Actual operation result of the system shows that it is not only capable of meeting relevant customer requirement, but also has such advantages as easy operation, simplified and reliable structure, easy operation and maintenance, and high cost-effectiveness, being worth spreading.
